OUR COMPANY POLICY

Cosmeticom has adopted a business policy, the aim of which is to sell products through its services and the Website cosmeticom.gr only to "Users/Consumers". "User/Consumer" means any natural person who visits and acts on cosmeticom.gr for purposes outside of their commercial, business or professional activity (if any).

Therefore, at cosmeticom.gr you will find products that are addressed, intended and sold exclusively to end users/consumers. The sale of products for commercial purposes is not permitted. The Company reserves all its rights, including expressly not accepting purchase proposals that create the impression that they were made with the aim of further commercial promotion of the products.

RESPONSIBILITIES / OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES

The User/Consumer undertakes to cover any damage suffered by Cosmeticom or collaborating companies from the use of this Website and the User/Consumer's account by persons not authorized by him/her.

The User/Consumer is solely responsible for the evaluation and selection of the products and services offered by the Website cosmeticom.gr and Cosmeticom bears no responsibility in relation to the correctness of the User/Consumer's selection, or any incompatibilities between products selected by the same.

3.2 Seller's Liability and Warranty

The manufacturer of any product you purchase is liable for any damage resulting from a defect in its product. Any agreement to limit or exempt the manufacturer from its liability is void. If you are in doubt as to the identity of the manufacturer of a product you purchased from us, please inform us.

3.2.1 Liability for defects, loss

The Website cosmeticom.gr maintains all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the Seller towards you. Especially in the event of a defect in the product we sell to you, you may, without prejudice to the application of the mandatory provisions on consumer protection (Article 5 DIRECTIVE 1999/44/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees) a) request its return at no cost to you or (b) its replacement with another or (c) withdraw by following the Withdrawal Procedure described in detail in the Terms of Transactions.

The above obligations of our Company cease in the event that the defect has been caused by you, or the product that is returned is dirty, damaged, scratched, creased and generally creates the impression that it has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its suitability. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. In order for the lack of conformity of the product to be considered valid, the Seller must be informed within two (2) months from the day the lack of conformity was detected. In the event of loss of the product before its delivery to you, you have the right to withdraw from its purchase and we will refund any money you have paid for its purchase.

In the event that for some reason your order has been executed incorrectly (wrong product, wrong price, etc.), you must inform us immediately at the following contact details 6978004953 daily during business days and operating hours or via email at orders.online@cosmeticom.gr.

We further inform you that the risk of loss or damage to the products rests with the Seller until you or a third party designated by you as responsible for receiving the products on your behalf (other than the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods, at which time this risk is transferred to you. However, the risk is transferred to you upon delivery of your purchased products to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by you to transport the goods and this option was not offered by cosmeticom.gr, without prejudice to your rights against the carrier.

3.2.2 Limitation of Warranties – Liability

Cosmeticom and cosmeticom.gr always act in good faith and within the framework of what is provided by law and these Terms of Use. Consequently, cosmeticom.gr has taken and continues to take all necessary technical or other measures and makes every effort to:

the website and online store operate uninterruptedly and properly without problems, interruptions, delays, errors or mistakes,
the data/information provided and transmitted through this website, on the one hand, shall not be altered, and on the other hand, shall be protected by creating backup copies, since the security systems of this website are subject to limitations,

for the correct and appropriate execution of the transactional obligations of the other Users/Customers of the website and its services.

However, Users/Customers accept that cosmeticom.gr is entitled to modify and/or temporarily or permanently discontinue all or part of the website with and/or without notice to Users/Customers, given that availability may be affected by users' equipment, other communications networks, the large number of people trying to use the website at the same time or other causes.
